The just turned 17-year-old Miley Cyrus may have dressed like a hooker--well, Julia Roberts circa Pretty Woman---on her birthday party invitation, but at the Fontainebleau today she was all beach blanket Barbie (more like Skipper, actually), sporting a hot pink bikini and prancing around the property on her cell phone. Cyrus is in town not for Art Basel, but for some down time following her last North American tour date. Pool party in the USA!
