The actress suffered the wardrobe malfunction as she joined Westwood to accept the applause of the audience at Paris Fashion Week (Pamela Wardrobe Malfunction). Her surgically enhanced left breast came free of her halterneck black gown, as Pamela smiled and laughed.
It's not the first time Pamela has 'accidentally' shown more than she intended to.
In June 2005 at a Virgin Atlantic Airways bash she popped out of her figure huggin red dress and while on the red carpet once she exposed her nipple as she was interviewed by a TV crew.
However, her most revealing malfunction was in December 2008 she unwittingly gave an uncensored peek of her assets to a studio audience when her dressed slipped down while filming a guest slot for ‘Osbournes: Reloaded’, hosted by Sharon, Ozzy, Kelly and Jack Osbourne.
