Selena Gomez Myspace update: i just finished up my first cover! i was honored to be on the cover of Teen Vogue in the June/July issue which is my birthday! :) i have been subscribed to this magazine for 3 years and when i got a call asking if i could be on one of their covers this year i cried and freaked out! i cant wait for you guys to see it, i talk about you all in the issue and how you are the reason they even called me, so thank you, thank you, thank you :) Plus i wanted to share with you guys that as soon as i get done here in PR i will be heading off the my 2nd favorite place in the world Vancouver, Canada! i spent 3 months there last year and now i will be spending another couple of months there shooting Ramona! I cant wait to go back so if you live in Canada i can not wait to see you guys!! Also i wanted to let you guys know that i've been visiting a lot of your pages and have gotten some amazing music from your pages.. you all have some incredible taste in music. Hope you dont mind if i have taken some for myself lol OH and i will be updating my myspace page and changing it up really soon! i really like that i have a page that i can control and go on here whenever i want or can without asking permission or having business get involved.. feels more personal! but more pictures, more music, possibly my original music as well?? :) more fan interaction, and a whole new page! thank you guys for my first cover, i'll never forget this moment! hope you're all doing well! Selena Gomez, Joey King Are Beezus and Ramona The classic Ramona book series, created by author Beverly Cleary and targeted at pre-teens, is coming to life on the big screen. Sisters Beezus and Ramona will be portrayed by Selena Gomez and Joey King, respectively. Fox 2000 Pictures and Walden Media will release the film. Gomez will portray Beezus, which is a nickname for Beatrice, who is the older sister of Ramona, who will portrayed by King. Fox expects the film to hit the big screen on March 19, 2010. Gomez is already a Disney star, while the nine-year-old King has been working steadily in show business since she was four. She won the role of the precocious Ramona after a nationwide casting call during which her screen test blew the producers away. Aquamarine director Elizabeth Allen has been hired to helm the film
